Renowned for its luxury hotels, top-tier dining establishments, and an extraordinary array of supercars, it’s no surpriseDubaiis regarded as one of the most expensive vacation spots globally.
Nevertheless, a travel specialist has revealed a seasonal booking tip that can greatly reduce the expense of a journey to the United Arab Emirates.
A common misunderstanding that many travelers hold when planning their trip is the belief that visiting Dubai in the hottest months of the year is unbearable.
Although the city experiences extremely hot summers, with temperatures frequently surpassing 40C (104F) from June through September, it isn’t always unbearable.
Dubai is prepared to manage the high temperatures, as its infrastructure is built to control extreme weather conditions, and air conditioning is commonly found in most attractions and public areas to ensure comfort for residents and visitors.
The extreme heat in Dubai throughout the holiday period may discourage numerous visitors, resulting in reduced demand – yet this could be particularly advantageous for budget-minded travelers.
As stated by Betty Bouchier-Hobin, a travel specialist with Destination2, experienced travelers might find some of the top offers of the year during August.
Speaking to Liverpool Echo, she stated: “In the UK, warm weather leads to restless nights and partially melted ice creams. In Dubai, there’s a far more pleasant experience available. Imagine poolside drinks, cool shopping centers, and luxury without the high cost.”
She stated that August is the optimal time to secure a budget-friendly vacation to the Middle Eastern paradise, as holidays are approximately 24 percent less expensive compared to the winter season.
Experts from Destination2 discovered that certain luxury hotel deals are reduced by almost £700 during the summer months when compared to November and December.
Airlines could provide larger reductions for flights to Dubai than during the previous summer periods.
Betty stated, “To make the offer even more appealing, travelers with Emirates from April 1st to September 30th, 2025, can access special deals throughout the city using their My Emirates Pass—just by presenting their boarding pass.”
Save on top sights such as the Burj Khalifa and desert safaris, along with deals on spa visits, dining, and beach clubs—your key to enjoying luxury at a lower cost.
Meanwhile, an Top fitness trainer and Instagram celebrity has shared how moving to Dubai from the ‘unhappy’ UK transformed her life., as she attributed the desert city’s “can do” attitude to helping her dreams become a reality.
Dominika Blonksa, 27, was born in Poland and later moved with her family to Wakefield, West Yorkshire, where she attended high school and university.
She pursued a career in nursing and earned a Master’s degree in Nurse Prescribing prior to Dominika fully committing to her professional path, sharing with FEMAIL that she worked 40 to 50-hour weeks while earning very little.
Yet, this life has become a distant memory for Dominika, as her Instagram feed showcases stylish photos of her posing in front of the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, soaking up the sun on a sunny beach, and riding desert bikes.
She manages a thriving coaching business, serving clients globally, while also traveling the world and working as a model—none of this would have been achievable for Dominika if she had remained in the UK.
“Prior to relocating overseas, I resided in the UK and had a steady job as a nurse, although I always felt that wasn’t my true path,” said the fitness influencer, who has more than 30,000 followers.
