Community Conversations with Police Chief Ed Hall
On March 6, North Bend’s incoming Police Chief Ed Hall is hosting community conversations to discuss local public safety and the city’s new police department, which operates under a contract with the King County Sheriff’s Office. Residents can join him at Huxdotter Coffee from 9-10 a.m. or at Volition Brewing from 5-6 p.m. These sessions provide an opportunity for open dialogue between the police chief and the community.
Blood Drive at Sno-Valley Senior Center
The Sno-Valley Senior Center in Carnation is hosting a blood drive on March 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donors will have the chance to win a dream trip to Maui. It is recommended to book an appointment ahead of time at bloodworksnw.org/giveblood.
Yoga and Wine at Alveare Winery
Alveare Winery is offering a relaxing evening of yoga and wine on March 6 at 5:30 p.m. The event, hosted by Nature’s Spirit Yoga, is suitable for all levels. Board Game Night in Duvall
Duvall’s Board Game Meetup group is holding a game night on March 6 from 7-9:30 p.m. at Redemption Church – The Hub. This is a great opportunity for families and friends to gather and enjoy classic board games.

Tree Planting at Snoqualmie Ridge
On March 7, the Green Snoqualmie Partnership is organizing a tree planting event at Snoqualmie Ridge from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Volunteers will help restore a section of forest near Borden Park. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Work gloves will be provided for those who do not have them.
Chocolate and Coffee Tasting
North Bend Art and Industry’s Center for Creativity is hosting a chocolate and coffee tasting on March 7 from 10-11 a.m. Attendees will learn about the production of chocolate and cacao, as well as how to pair high-quality chocolate with locally roasted coffee. Tickets are $38 and can be purchased at northbendartandindustry.org.
Artisan Fair at Cherry Creek Falls
The Cherry Creek Falls Event Center is hosting an artisan fair on March 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event features a curated selection of vendors in a beautiful, wooded setting. It is a great place to find unique handmade items and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Shoe Embroidery Workshop
On March 7 from 1-4 p.m., North Bend Art and Industry’s Center for Creativity is offering a shoe embroidery workshop. Participants will learn how to embroider their own canvas sneakers with personal designs. All materials except the shoes will be provided. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at northbendartandindustry.org.
Fitness and Special Events
Pool Paddleboard Fitness Class
A pool paddleboard fitness class is scheduled for March 8 from 4-5 p.m. at Si View Metro Parks. The session will cover safe entry and exit from the water, fundamentals of fitness, yoga, and pilates on a stand-up paddleboard. No experience is required. Dress for hot yoga. Tickets are $48, or $40 for North Bend residents. Registration is available at siviewpark.org/pool-programs.phtml. Another class is planned for April 19.
Friends of the Fields Kickoff Event
The Friends of the Fields kickoff event will take place on March 9 at 6:30 p.m. at The Grange Duvall. This event marks the beginning of the nonprofit’s annual benefit dinner and auction, which will be held on June 5. Attendees can sign up to volunteer, donate an item, or become a table captain. Duvall Campfire with a Cop
On March 13, Duvall Police officers are hosting a community campfire at Depot Park from 4-7 p.m. This is a great opportunity for residents to meet local law enforcement in a relaxed setting.
Irish Week at Saints and Scholars
Irish Week is returning to Saints and Scholars Irish Pub in Snoqualmie Ridge from March 13-17. The event leads up to St. Patrick’s Day and includes live Irish dancers, music, family activities, and more. Reservations are required for certain events. Oxbow Farm Restoration Work Party
Oxbow Farm and Conservation Center is hosting a restoration work party on March 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers will assist in planting native species and removing invasive plants. Registration is required and can be completed by filling out a volunteer application at oxbow.org.
Pi Day Paint Party
Color Carnation is offering a paint-your-own-pottery studio event on March 14 from 4-6 p.m. Participants can paint their own pie plate while enjoying a piece of pie. Tickets are $20 and include all materials. Registration is available at colorcarnation.square.site/events.
Camlann Mid-Lenten Feast
Camlann Medieval Village outside Carnation is hosting a Mid-Lenten Feast on March 14 from 6-9 p.m. The event features seafood, vegetables, and sweets, along with live music and storytelling. Tickets are $80 and can be purchased at camlann.org.

Pour House Pete’s in Carnation is hosting a spring dance party on March 14 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. This event is a fun way to celebrate the season and enjoy live music.

Camlann Villager Volunteer Orientation
On March 22, Camlann Medieval Village is offering a volunteer orientation from 1-4 p.m. This is the first of three orientations for those interested in volunteering as a 14th-century rural English villager during the 2026 season. The session will cover Camlann culture and daily life in the 14th century. RSVP is required at camlann.org.
