1. 30 new restaurant openings in Orlando this spring
   Orlando food lovers have a packed spring ahead, with dozens of new restaurants, food halls, and dessert spots opening across the city and nearby suburbs. From Mills 50 to Lake Eola and International Drive, you’ll find everything from omakase sushi and Palestinian street eats to Turkish grills and New Zealand-style ice cream, many already open or debuting within weeks.

2. Orlando nurse accused of sexual battery on patient arrested over 1 year later: Why the delay?
   An Orlando patient’s allegation of sexual assault at AdventHealth led to an arrest more than a year later, after police say hospital attorneys were slow to provide records and witness access. Investigators detail repeated subpoena follow-ups, while AdventHealth says only that the staffer is on leave and that patient safety is a top priority.

3. K-pop group i-dle to bring ‘Syncopation’ World Tour to Orlando’s Kia Center on August 11
   K-pop fans in Orlando can catch i-dle’s massive Syncopation World Tour when it hits the Kia Center on August 11, part of the group’s biggest North American run yet. Tickets go on sale March 11, with multiple VIP packages available, and the show joins a busy slate of major concerts coming to Orlando venues this year.

4. Goofy puppy Jay is ready to be adopted into a patient, loving home
   A high-energy young dog named Jay is available for adoption through Orange County Animal Services on Conroy Road in Orlando, near the Mall at Millenia. Staff say he’s sweet, smart, and athletic but needs an experienced, patient owner committed to training, exercise, and a behaviorist consult. If you’re ready for an active companion, the shelter is open daily with limited Wednesday hours.

5. ‘Monsters Inc. 3’ and an Untitled Musical Among Pixar’s Upcoming Films
   Orlando-area theme park fans can look forward to a new Monsters, Inc.-themed land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, now under construction near the city with an opening targeted for 2027 or 2028. The project joins Pixar’s broader slate of upcoming films and attractions expanding the beloved franchise.

There is a black female, petite cat with green/yellow eyes who goes been 32nd street and 31 street (maybe even further). She is very pregnant and I was going to trap her and take care of her and the kittens. Has anyone seen her or know if she had her babies? (Nextdoor Holden Shores)
