Disneylandrevealed its 2025 holiday schedule on July 23 as the resort continues its operations70th anniversary celebration. That might appear early, but fans plan ahead as the holidays are some of the busiest times to visit both resorts.

Here’s what you need to be aware of when celebrating the holidays at the most joyful and enchanting locations on the planet.
Holidays at Disneyland
Disneyland’s holiday celebrationswill take place from November 14 to January 7 and are part of regular theme park entry. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their friends will wear new holiday outfits inspired by their 70th anniversary, although most resort activities are back to familiar favorites.
At the Disneyland Park, over 80,000 lights will once more coverSleeping Beauty Castle in twinkling icicles. Meanwhile, Fun Holiday Time with Santa and Friendswill go back to Fantasyland Theatre.
Both “it’s a small world” and Haunted Mansionwill receive their annual holiday overlays — Haunted Mansion Holiday makes its debut duringHalloween time. A Christmas Fantasy Parade and the Believe…in the Holiday Magic Fireworks Spectacular will also return.
At Disney California Adventure, CarsLand will be decorated as usual, withMater’s Junkyard Jamboree and Luigi’s Rollickin Roadsters getting holiday overlays. Disney Holidays Festival and Disney ¡Viva Navidad!will also come back with holiday-themed multicultural performances and cuisine.
Notable features include Mickey’s Happy Holidays parade and, on certain days, theDisney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party, Mirabel’s Presents for the Holiday Season, and A Festive Christmas Performance by Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland and Miguel!
Downtown Disney Districtwill provide seasonal entertainment and cuisine together with nightly “snow.” The resort hotels at Disneyland will join in the celebration with special decorations and dining options, including a new Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast at Storytellers Cafe located at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
During the holiday season, the California resort will keep honoring its 70th anniversary withWorld of Color Happiness!at Disney California Adventure Park andTapestry of Happinessprojected displays at Disneyland Park on certain evenings. However, the Paint the Night parade and other anniversary performances will have a break during the holiday season.
Holidays at Disney World
Two of Disney World’s major seasonal celebrations are not part of the regular park entry –Mickey’s Festive Christmas Celebration and Disney Jollywood Nights- but there are many other ways to celebrate throughout the Florida resort.

Most of Disney World’s holiday celebrationswill take place from November 14 to December 31, 2025, butEPCOT International Festival of Holidays starts later.
How many days is the Holidays Festival held at EPCOT?
The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will take place from November 28 until December 30 this year.
The multicultural festival celebrates holiday customs from different parts of the world through storytelling and live shows, including JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season and the popular favoriteCandlelight Processional, which is told by various celebrities.
Guests purchase holiday-themed foods and beverages from the event’s Holiday Kitchens, while the remainder of the festival is covered by park entry.
What are the dates for Mickey’s Magical Christmas Party 2025?
This year, the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will take place at Magic Kingdom:
- November 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 28, 30
- December 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21
The exclusive, timed event is not part of regular admission, and those with regular tickets need to exit the Magic Kingdom before the party starts.
The event officially starts at 7 p.m. and ends at midnight, although party attendees can enter the park as early as 4 p.m.
Mickey’s Special Christmas Party tickets begin at $169, thesame as last yearThe priciest dates reach a maximum of $229 this year, as opposed to $219 in the previous year.
Event-exclusive offerings include Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebrationshows, Disney Jr. Jingle Jam and Club Tinsel dance events, unique character interactions, complimentary cookie and beverage areas, and reduced ride wait times because of the event’s restricted attendance.
Is Jollywood Nights returning in 2025?
Yes. Disney Jollywood Nightswill take place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
- November 8, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29
- December 1, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 22
The exclusive, after-hours event officially takes place from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., but Jollywood attendees can arrive at Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30 p.m. Visitors with regular park tickets must exit the park before the event starts.
Jollywood Nights ticket prices vary between $159 and $199, based on the date. The previous year’s tickets were priced from $159 to $179.
Exclusive event experiences feature the Disney Holidays in Hollywood show, which is presented by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, as well as a “What’s This?” Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas movie sing-along. Other highlights consist of the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime show, Glisten! ice skating shows, a Pixar Disco dance event, unique character interactions, and reduced line times for attractions.
