Disney Vacation Club Unveils Schedule for Welcome Home Weeks
Disney Vacation Club has announced the schedule for its highly anticipated Welcome Home Weeks event, which is set to run from August 14 through September 16, 2025. This special celebration offers members a range of exclusive experiences, including free snacks, discounts, and unique activities across various locations.
Special Events and Activities
Members can look forward to a variety of events designed to enhance their Disney experience. One of the highlights is the Ice Cream Sweet Stop, where guests can enjoy free ice cream novelties at several theme parks and Disney Springs. Specific locations and dates include:
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Tower of Terror Courtyard on Mondays and Tuesdays, starting August 18.
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Upcountry Landing in Asia on Thursdays and Fridays, starting August 14.
- Magic Kingdom Park: Tomorrowland Terrace on Wednesdays, starting August 20.
- Disney Springs: Gateway to Discovery – A Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center on Mondays and Fridays, starting August 15.
- EPCOT: Lobby of Living Seas Salon on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting August 19.
- Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa: Disney Vacation Club Preview Center daily from August 14 to September 16.
For those visiting the Disneyland Resort, the event includes similar offerings, with specific locations such as the Star View Station in Disneyland Park and the Golden Vine House in Disney California Adventure Park. New DVC resort locations also participate, including Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort.
Morning Treats and Coffee
Another returning feature is the Welcome Home Wakeup, which provides coffee and morning treats for registered guests at host resorts. Members can attend this event once per week, accompanied by up to four guests. Locations include:

- Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort: Top of the World Lounge on Saturdays and Sundays, starting August 16.
- Disney’s Wilderness Lodge: Reunion Station on Saturdays and Tuesdays, starting August 16.

- The Villas at Disneyland Hotel: Discovery Den on August 25 and September 15.
Character Encounters
DVC members can also meet Disney characters at select locations. These encounters are available at Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort, Aulani Resort, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. Specific details include:
- Walt Disney World Resort: Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk on August 25 through August 27, and September 8 through September 10.
- Disneyland Resort: The Adventure Room at the Disneyland Hotel on August 14 and September 11.

Wine Mixers and More
The Wine Mixer event returns, offering complimentary wine, appetizers, and live music. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. Events will take place at:

- Aulani: August 20, 27, and September 3, 10.
Additional events include Hawaiian arts and crafts, free screenings of Disney concert films, and free popcorn at Walt Disney World resorts and aboard Disney Cruise Line.
