Béis is drawing inspiration from a classic American staple for its latest collaboration.
A travel brand established by Canadian actress Shay Mitchell is collaborating with Gap to create a denim-themed capsule collection featuring blue-toned luggage and accessories ($128 to $378) as well as clothing for adults and children ($8 to $128) in Béis’ classic suitcase colors – beige, black, and Berry Pink. The 26-item collection will be available online starting Aug. 1 at 6 a.m. PT/9 a.m. ET atgap.com and beistravel.com, but holders of the Gap card can begin shopping as early as July 31 at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET.
The fashionable travel brand’s compact and standard carry-on suitcases, spacious checked luggage, weekend bag, and travel backpack will come in a light blue color. Béis’ flexibility extends to Gap’s products: imagine adjustable cargo pants and bandeau jumpsuits that can be converted into shorts or pants, travel-friendly hoodies with built-in inflatable neck pillows, oversized blanket coats, and clearly cozy jean jackets. Additionally, there are organic cotton T-shirts and crop tops with a vintage look, sweaters featuring logo-on-logo designs, barrel sweatpants, a striped poplin dolman shirt paired with matching boxer shorts, a sheer black maxi dress, barrel jeans, jorts, baseball caps, and other comfort-focused essentials.
Gap’s website will feature the complete line of clothing, accessories, and travel items, while Béis’ site will provide all luggage and bags along with a variety of clothing.
The collaboration will be available at selected Gap locations in the U.S., Canada, and Japan. Customers can also visit Gap Times Square on July 31 for a special preview event featuring Mitchell and early access to the collection.

The collaboration will be accompanied by a 75-second film—described in the release as taking place “inside a larger-than-life denim suitcase”—shot by Bjorn Iooss and directed by Andrew B. Myers. Mitchell also worked with her partner, Matte Babel, to co-create the vibrant video, which features the couple and their two children, Atlas and Rome, in their first-ever family brand photo session.
Gap has definitely raised the bar when it comes to fashion sincehiring designer Zac Posenas creative director, Anne Hathaway made her Gap-sponsored return to the red carpet in anow-sold-out poplin shirtdress, while his GapStudio collection has beensported byDemi Moore, Emily Ratajkowski, Timothée Chalamet, Alton Mason and additional celebrities.
