Selective Travel Management, based in Belfast, has marked its 50th year in operation with a significant business milestone, as its revenue nearly doubled from £34 million in 2015 to £63 million in the most recent fiscal year.
The company has experienced steady annual growth throughout the last ten years, successfully rebounding from the pandemic and experiencing a major expansion in both its public and private sector client portfolio.
It started with a group of 12 people in 1975 and has expanded to a staff of over 180 employees in Belfast and Dublin,
And it is now listed among the UK’s top 20 travel management companies (TMCs), according to Business Travel News Europe 2025.

The company has already introduced a fresh, user-centered website and relocated to a new office in Belfast this year, representing its upcoming phase of expansion and modernization.
