Magic Kingdom
The Beak and Barrel tavern, a new addition to the Magic Kingdom, faced some technical issues last week when reservations were supposed to open. However, a new date has been confirmed for the reservation process. Meanwhile, after sampling all the Halloween food available during regular hours at the Magic Kingdom, attention turned to the exclusive offerings for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The former Muppet Courtyard area is now cleared of debris from the Stage 1 Company Store demolition as preparations continue for the upcoming Monsters Inc. Land. This development marks a significant step in the transformation of the area.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
Halloween has officially arrived at many of the Walt Disney World resort hotels, bringing with it a range of spooky festivities and new treats. The Disney Vacation Club has also released the schedule for the return of Welcome Home Weeks, offering special snacks, discounts, and unique experiences for guests.
New Merchandise
Several new items have hit the shelves at Walt Disney World. A Haunted Mansion-inspired mystery pin set is now available, along with a new Toy Story Land backpack at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. At EPCOT, Treasures of Xandar offers a new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind baseball cap.

Disneyland Hotel
The first of four new Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar coasters has arrived at the Disneyland Hotel. Each coaster features a design that connects to form a contiguous map, adding a fun interactive element for guests.
Disneyland Park
Disney Eats has announced a brand-new DOLE Whip treat coming to the Tropical Hideaway in Adventureland at Disneyland Park. This exciting addition promises to delight fans of the classic frozen treat.
Disney California Adventure
Radiator Springs Racers in Disney California Adventure will close on August 18, 2025, for an extended refurbishment. Meanwhile, the first Oogie Boogie Bash of 2025 has officially begun, featuring a first look at this year’s event map, wristband, and treat bag.
Aunt Cass Cafe is serving up limited-time autumnal dishes, including Walt’s Chili in a Mickey-shaped bread bowl. One of the highlights of the Oogie Boogie Bash is the rare villains available to meet on the treat trail. New merchandise has also been released for the event, including items at Toydarian Toymaker and Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Additionally, Magic Key Holders can celebrate the season with a new, exclusive light-up Kuzco’s Poison Sipper at Disneyland Resort.

Epic Universe
Starting on August 16, Universal Orlando Team Members are now allowed to use their comp tickets for admission to Epic Universe. This change allows employees to enjoy the park’s attractions alongside guests.
Universal Studios Florida
New props, set dressings, and details have arrived in preparation for Halloween Horror Nights 34 at Universal Studios Florida. These updates are sure to enhance the immersive experience for visitors during the event.

After a wave of online rumors, it has been confirmed that Deadpool, portrayed by actor Ryan Reynolds, will appear in the upcoming Marvel filmAvengers: Doomsday. This news has excited fans of the character and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
