After Jimi unexpectedly passed away in 2004, his eight-year-old son, Pascal, became the youngest winery owner in the nation. However, the narrative continued,” states Brooks’ website.
“A committed group of friends and vintners came forward to create Jimi’s last vintage, with Jimi’s sister, Janie Brooks Heuck, assuming leadership, dedicating her time to safeguard her brother’s legacy and keep his dream alive. Over the years, Janie, Pascal, and the broader Brooks team have turned that promise into one of the most sincere and admired narratives in American wine,” Brooks adds.
