Harrisburg City Council has asked a Dauphin County judge to hold Mayor Wanda Williams in contempt, accusing her of violating a court-approved budget settlement over an interim department head. State funded program offering multimedia apprenticeships to young adults
From Harrisburg, state officials have launched a year-long Multimedia Producer Apprenticeship to help young adults break into film, digital media, and related fields. The state-registered program, backed by Pennsylvania Creative Industries and Big Picture Alliance, follows national standards and aims to provide paid, skills-based training that leads directly to entry-level creative careers.
